Kelsey specializes in men’s issues, suicidality, relationship and alternative relationship styles, borderline personality disorder, and emotional and relational volatility. She uses methods like  DBT, CPT, person-centered therapy, and anti-capitalist, anti-racist, feminist lenses.

Maddy is a certified ADHD executive function life coach as well as a certified therapeutic game master. She specializes in the above as well as neurodivergence, chronic pain, depression, and anxiety. Some of her methods include narrative therapy, person-centered therapy, ACT, and feminist therapy.

Ivye specializes in couples, marriage, and relationship therapy and helps heal conflict, betrayal, and emotional distance, while supporting individuals as well. She also offers pre-marital counseling and is trained in several relationship methods including: Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman Method (Level 2 Trained), Imago Relationship Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy.

Katie works with adults navigating the lasting impacts of complex trauma, attachment wounds, and relational injuries, toward creating relationships grounded in authenticity, safety, and connection. They also works queer teens navigating identity. Their methods include IFS, holistic approaches, and a ton of radical honesty and compassion.

Carrie works with children, adolescents (ages 5–18), adults, and elders, with specialized training in child and adolescent counseling and play therapy. Her work is grounded in a culturally responsive, trauma-informed lens focused on how systemic oppression, generational trauma, and social inequities shape mental and physical health. Offers walk and talk sessions.

Precious sees couples, including premarital/marital, LGBT+ couples and people in Poly/ENM/Open relationships. She also works with individuals/adults who are neurodivergent or who need help navigating attachment patterns, intimacy, anxiety, and conflict. She pulls from several methods like DBT, ACT, Gottman, and EFT.

Aileen specializes in working with young adults, particularly LGBTQ+ and BIPOC individuals, who are navigating complex trauma, anxiety, identity exploration, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Her approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and LGBTQ+-affirming.

Tirrell sees adults navigating life transitions, identity shifts, and the tension between knowing something needs to change and not yet feeling able to act. He loves working with LGBTQ+ individuals and people of color. Exploring identity, relationships, and intimacy, supporting clients through burnout, emotional overwhelm, and intimacy. His approach is existential and person-centered.

Cameron specializes in the mind/body connection and sees clients who need help processing trauma and are struggling with their self esteem, identity, body image, disordered eating, and/or difficult life transitions; have feelings of anxiety and depression; or are living with a disability or have chronic pain/illness. Her methods help folks move through the world more fully and freely.
